Acceptable Use Policy

This policy sets out what you must not upload, write or create with RapperAI (the "Service"). It is part of our Terms of Service.

1. Photos you may use

Only upload photos of yourself, or of adults who have agreed to appear in your video. Pets, drawings and characters you created are fine.

You may not upload photos of:

• Celebrities, musicians, athletes, influencers or other public figures.
• Politicians or candidates for public office.
• Anyone under 18.
• Anyone who has not agreed to it.

2. Prohibited content

These rules apply to photos, topics, lyrics and generated videos alike. You must not use the Service to create or share:

• Sexual content: nudity, pornography or sexually suggestive content.
• Anything involving minors in a sexual or suggestive context. This is never allowed, and we report it to the authorities where the law requires.
• Deception: fake statements, fake endorsements or fabricated events presented as real, including anything meant to mislead voters.
• Hate and harassment: content that attacks people based on race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability or similar traits, or that bullies or threatens someone.
• Violence and illegal activity: content that promotes violence, terrorism, self-harm or crime.
• Other people's rights: content that infringes copyrights, trademarks or a person's right to their own likeness.

Friendly roasts and diss tracks between friends are fine, as long as everyone in the video is in on the joke.

3. How we enforce this policy

• Photos, text and finished videos are screened automatically before a video is made or delivered.
• Requests that break this policy are refused and do not produce a video.
• Accounts that break this policy may be restricted or closed. Payments and credits for restricted or closed accounts are not refunded.
• We keep records of refused requests to enforce this policy and meet legal obligations.

4. Your responsibility

You are responsible for everything you upload and type, and for how you use the videos you make. Make sure you have every right and consent you need.

5. Report a problem

If you see content made with RapperAI that breaks this policy, contact us through a support ticket from your account (Settings, Support) with a description and, if possible, a link or screenshot. We review every report.
