Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with RapperAI. This policy explains when purchases can be refunded.

Failed videos

If a video fails to generate, or its result is blocked by our safety checks, the credits used for it go back to your account automatically. You do not need to ask.

Credit packs

You can ask for a full refund within 7 days of purchase if none of the credits from that pack have been used. Once any credit from a pack has been used, the pack is not refundable: each video is paid to our AI providers as soon as it is made.

If a finished video has an obvious technical problem (for example no sound, or the wrong number of people), contact us and we will look at it. Where we agree, we return the credits it used; this is a credit, not a cash refund.

Credit validity

Credits are valid for one year from the date of purchase. Unused credits expire after that and are not refundable.

Free and promotional credits

Free sign-up credits and other promotional credits have no cash value and are not refundable.

How to ask for a refund

Contact us through a support ticket from your account (Settings, Support) from the email address on your account, with the date and amount of the order. We reply within 3 business days. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method, and the related credits are removed from your account.

Abuse

We may refuse refunds where we see abuse of this policy, such as repeated buy-and-refund patterns. Accounts restricted or closed for breaking our Acceptable Use Policy are not eligible for refunds.
