Delete my RapperAI data

This page describes personal-data deletion requests for RapperAI at rapperai.net. The details of collection and retention are in our Privacy Policy.

Photos you add in the generator

Photos you add in the generator stay in your browser until you press the button to make a video. Only then are they uploaded, checked and stored privately to make your video. A photo that fails our safety check is not stored.

Request deletion from RapperAI services

Contact us through a support ticket from your account (Settings, Support) using the account involved. Use a subject such as “Data deletion request” and tell us whether you want specific uploaded photos, generated videos, or the whole account deleted. Include task IDs where available so we can find the relevant records.

We may need to confirm that the request comes from the account owner before acting. Do not send your password, access keys or full payment details. You can follow the request in Support.

What may remain

Our Privacy Policy explains retention and the handling of requests. Some order or accounting records may need to be retained even after account deletion. Copies already downloaded to your device or shared with other services must be removed from those places separately.

Refunds

A deletion request is separate from a refund request: see our Refund Policy. Deleting your account does not refund unused credits, so ask for any refund you are owed first. If you cannot access your account, explain that when contacting support.
