Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and RapperAI ("we", "us") for your use of rapperai.net (the "Service"). By using the Service you accept them. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Who can use RapperAI

You must be at least 18 years old. You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for everything done with it.

2. What the Service does

RapperAI turns the photos and text you provide into short AI-generated rap videos. Results are generated by AI models, so they can be imperfect, and we cannot guarantee that a result matches what you had in mind.

3. Credits and payments

• Videos use credits. You buy credits as one-time packs; there is no subscription.
• Credits are valid for one year from the date of purchase.
• Credits have no cash value, cannot be transferred, and cannot be exchanged for money except as described in our Refund Policy.
• If a video fails to generate, or is blocked by our safety checks, its credits are returned automatically.
• Prices are shown before you pay and may change for future purchases.

4. Your content

You keep the rights to the photos and text you upload ("Your Content"). You confirm that you have the rights and permissions needed for everything you upload, including the consent of every person shown in your photos. You give us a limited license to process Your Content only to provide the Service, including sending it to the AI and safety providers listed in our Privacy Policy.

You must follow our Acceptable Use Policy. In particular: no photos of celebrities, politicians or other people without their consent, no minors, and no sexual content.

5. Your videos

Subject to these terms, you may use the videos you make with paid credits for personal and commercial purposes, including posting them on monetized social media accounts. You are responsible for how you use them, including making sure they do not mislead people or infringe anyone's rights. Because AI output is not always unique, others may receive similar results, and we cannot guarantee you exclusive rights in a video.

6. Our rights

The Service, its design, code and brand belong to us. We may refuse, remove or block content that breaks these terms, and we may suspend or close accounts that break them. Accounts closed for breaking the Acceptable Use Policy are not refunded.

7. Availability and changes

We work to keep the Service running but do not promise it will always be available or error-free. We may change or stop features. If we make material changes to these terms, we will update this page and its date, and tell you on the site or by email.

8. Disclaimers and liability

The Service is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we disclaim implied warranties, and our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your rights as a consumer.
